We have been offering business process outsourcing services that utilize IT, focused around contact centers and back office administration.
By organically combining operational knowledge, IT and human resources, we offer services that provide optimal solutions unique to the problems that customers face in business and on-site. Moreover, through co-creation with our customers and partners, we're aiming to evolve our services into something that can become a common foundation for the industry and to offer new value to society as a business service platform provider.
