Since our founding in 1983, we have been a member of SCSK Group, providing BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services that combine “IT“ and “Business.“ These services include support for Contact Centers, Technical Support, Helpdesk and Back Office.

In recent years, the BPO industry has experienced significant transformation, driven by the rapid advancement of digitalization and labor shortages stemming from an aging population. In addition to our long-standing focus on digital communication, the incorporation of Generative AI across a wide range of operations is reshaping business processes. These digital advancements are generating new value and services, altering consumer behaviors and expectations, and diversifying customer touchpoints. By leveraging the IT expertise within our group, we will continue to support the evolution of business processes and customer interactions, ultimately contributing to the success of our clients.

As labor shortage exacerbated by demographic shifts intensifies, societal demands for work style reforms, including the reduction of long working hours, have increased. We are committed to addressing these challenges by upholding the quality and security of our services while fostering a flexible work environment that enables diverse talent to excel, regardless of location or work arrangements.
